The Ahilya Experience is known for its excellent cuisine. We offer an a la carte menu with elements of Goan, Italian, and French cuisines and a daily prix-fixe which highlights the fresh catch of the day. We use only the freshest ingredients from local markets, and dining is al fresco at a new spot every night.
Ahilya by the Sea is rich in its personal collection of art and sculpture, handpicked by the owner herself on her many travels around the world.
